People who should be given due process if they are American citizens? Yes.
I'm not ok with circumventing the legal protections we have this country because it gives LEO a hall pass to do whatever abuse they like.
These monsters should be tried, convicted in a court (if citizens) and then locked away for a long time, if not given capital punishment.
But it has to be through the system.
