I've not seen any poll from a professional pollster (gallup/pew) that paints anything close to 1/3rd support. For one thing blacks are very heavily skewed toward democrats anyway.

If you look into it, from the ACTUAL people using this money and not CNN, you will see its working great and there will be more money. He has the highest ranking openly gay politician in US history on his administration.
In the early 80s he had a woman running his entire company when most companies didnt even have women in management.
His charity organization uses 100% of its cash on actual charity including many minority based charities....long before he was president.
He has signed Visas for more Latinos to work at his businesses than any othe company in Florida. Giving income to uneducated minority families.....again, long before he was president. He has donated money to schools in Africa for decades.

The fact that Trump has done everything in his power to try to expose and break up the deep state is enough for me. That one objective has put him in everyone's crosshairs so much that he's made it virtually impossible to do a whole lot more. Eyes are forever opened.
A second term, hopefully with a flipped House, he'll be able to accomplish infinitely more of his agenda.
No I don't 19-21% will most likely be the number and that will be more than enough.
