I do agree with this.
My 2 local gun shops tell me 22LR handguns have been getting more popular. Mostly due to the price and availability of ammo.
Even plinking with 9mm can cost $50+ a day at the range.

As much as I stand by Glock as my go to guns, they have an excellent knack for being 5-7 years late to the table with stuff. Just like the 43

The chances of an MOS version of this will be next to none.. it's a polymer/metal hybrid slide because it needs to be super light to cycle, and the polymer is the area that an optic would mount. (And with the general weight of say an RMR being 1.2oz that can be just enough to keep it from cycling with a .22lr)

After all the build up over the past two weeks for this event, I feel Glock fell somewhat short. Speculation was Glock would finally introduce a carbine which the masses have been asking for. Instead, they introduce a 22lr pistol which will most likely have limited appeal.

There are several companies who make Glock 22 conversion kits (that suck) so it seem that the masses did want this. After all the G19 is the most popular pistol in the world. The only dumb part about it is that it was not introduced years ago.

If they made a PCC it would be useless for us in NY, since it would surly would have a pistol grip.

I think its funny that every time Glock releases something there are a bunch of guys on the internet who claim Glock does not listen to their customers. It seem like glock sells a lot of guns that no one wants, weird...
