Yeah, saw this earlier on Reddit as well. Risky to draw on a drawn gun, but given how that guy came in all gangster like holding his gun, he probably wasn't hitting shit with aim like that -- which is probably while the CCW holder felt drawing was worth it here.
Still, if someone points a gun, shitty aim or not, they leave you not choice but to assume your life is in imminent danger and to use lethal force.
