We train militaries around the world, not always about fighting a certain enemy. Pretty sure someone looked it up here previously and could tell us how many training missions we have around the world. We sell a awful amount of military hardware everywhere around the world and they need to be trained in using it.I suppose not. Arming and training who? Those who are willing to fight our enemy's. We dont just train anybody. The point being, The NATO considers Russia to be an enemy . You can deny it all you want , its a matter of record.
I don't think they considered Russia a enemy before the invasion of Ukraine, certainly a threat. Definitely not in the economic world.
If you able to see NATO's military planning section, I wouldn't be surprised to see alot of different plans on reacting to threats in the European theater. Probably one for say, Ukraine attacking say Poland or Moldava.
