Driving to matches today and yesterday I listened to the radio, there wasn't a word about Ukraine in hours of news cycle. Also, the war to the last Ukranian to kill as many Russians is not something to rally around.
They will still do what they can to keep the conflict going, even while distansing themselves from the war.

You've depleted all your "military aged males" and are now conscripting 45and 50 year olds.

This is what happened to countries like nazi Germany in 1945 they ran out of young men and drafted kids and grandpas. Ukraine is destroying their own country and demographics. It's a crime that the west is still using Ukrainian blood to fight the Russians. Anyone with a conscious should want this to be ended with a peace agreement ASAP to save what's left of Ukraine.

I think they've both kicked the living shit out of each other and Ukraine ran out of men first, which everyone with a brain realized would happen. Do you think Russia is really going to miss their 100,000 KIA Wagner prisoner conscripts? Nope. They just did addition by subtraction. They are better off as a country deleting them from their population, no one is Russia is shedding a tear for the dead prisoners.

It's a savage war of attrition. I don't see how it's possible combined casualties are not in 7 digits.

Even though its rarely mentioned , the morale of the Ukrainian army has to be at its lowest point after this past year, losing Bakmut , the costly and failed spring offensive (in summer)and the soon to be collapse of Advikia has to leave the field soldier wondering if his death would be in vain .

In the clip below at the 11:00 minute mark he talks about how we are able to know where Putin is 24/7 and can hack his conversations in underground rooms with no electronics allowed. My reactions are:

a) how could this possibly be true
b) if it is true why on earth would the CIA let this guy talk about it in a public forum

He claims that Putin stopped the nuclear weapon saber rattling when the American ambassador explained we knew where he was at all times and what was said in his meetings prior to the invasion of ukraine. Like I said it sounds too fanciful to me. YMMV.
