@meketrefe , not a issue with what powder BP or pyrodx , both in soap in water to clean ..
i was more on the idea of shooting them bullets in the pistol , thay maybe to long and poke out of the cylinder .. not good ..
the 50 inline i have the bullet is jacked 350gr .. so all there BP ammo for inline rifle is fine ..
but a full copper bullet in a BP pistol ??? do we say if it fits shoot it LOL .. heheheee

What is the holdover for 55gr at 500 yards? I imagine it is excessive.

Actually PMC will give you those speeds from a 16" barrel. 300+ fps less than Lake City M193.

Been using this load for years now.

24.7 of h335....... i think. Chrono outta an 18 inch. If anyone should know it should be you.....most load data is taken with like a 26 inch barrel etc etc.

I don't know. All I know is that we had to set the rear sight to it from the 300 yard zero. It was probably 3 or 4 clicks. I can't remember on the charging handle.

I was just compomplating what kind of magpul rube goldburg contraption you would need to attatch sights to your charging handle.
