And the question was not asked "what prevents the repeal of said law?" Given the municipalities exhibited penchant for violating it's residents "Rights" the decision "should" only have one outcome!
Guess they missed the part "Shall Not Be Infringed"... Limiting possession to "only" your premises is an "infringement"...

Didn't SC already rule that you have a right to have a firearm? Premise and Shotgun/Rifle permits in NYC already violate those rulings. As does the need to have a pistol license in NYS just to touch/own a pistol.
