The United States never made a deal.
Barack Obama made a deal that he didn't have the authority to make. No different than whatever deal John Kerry was brewing last week.
If Iran wants to hang Barack for breaking the deal *he* made, more power to them.
We fight wars not declared by Congress and we make deals not voted on by Congress, so will Trump. It's our internal problem, on International level a deal is a deal.
Kind of like Iranians telling us, not all of them were on board.

We don't have an absolute head of state. The Iranians knew full well they were making a deal with a guy who needed to get the deal ratified before it was effective.
Basically, whatever you want to say about that agreement, the US never signed it. It was just like if the teller at the bank handed you $10,000 with the understanding that you would pay it back with interest, but you never signed any paperwork, just took the cash and went home. What are they going to do when you miss a payment ? What are you going to do when they decide to raise the interest rate ?
With no contract signed by the people who are authorized to sign it it's just an informal agreement, not a treaty.
