Trump never paid Daniels any hush money. Trump did not know about the money Cohen gave to Daniels. That was Cohen's money, I'm not sure what's up with that.
Felony indictment, for allegations beyond statute of limitations.

The case is garbage. But the jury will be stacked against him as will the judge. This might make trump more popular but I don't know about stronger. Remember most of the republicans in government want him out as well.

This is all a political ploy and Trump should turn it around on them. Bragg wants Trump here in NY face to face for a photo opp. anybody else it would be done via Zoom. Trump should turn the tables by using his mug shot on billboards and TV and say "Thay are coming for YOU next!

Manipulation of the legal system? You do realize a grand jury also weighed in right? It wasn't the prosecution that did that. Yes the prosecution brought the charges, but to move forward a jury of citizens needs to also basically say, "yes, there is enough evidence to charge the accused with this crime", and that also happened.

The case does seem incredibly weak and stupid to bring on. However, charges are under seal, and the rumor mill is that there 30 business related felonies under that seal. Maybe that is more agitprop to stir the shitstorm, maybe its not.
The DA is bought and paid for. That is how Demscum work. The question is, how far down the line have they planned? Its no coincidence that this was indictment was brought in NY City, one of the strongest enclaves the Demscum own and control. Neither is it a coincidence that NY City "hosts" the world government, the UN. Plenty of international players have an interest in this beyond Nazi Soros and his money machine.
What judges and jurisdictions are lined up to hear the motions and appeals that will certainly reach beyond any deliberations coming out of this "grand" jury and prosecution?
Perhaps you're right and Teflon Don will win on every motion and appeal. Still, this shitshow has the potential to go on in litigation for years.
Personally I can't discount the possibility that "they" are going to make something stick, that can survive a couple of appeals and the motions to get those appeals as it goes up the judicial food chain. If they are throwing 30 charges at him as the rumor mongers are whispering, there are a lot of business and financial laws that work in the government's favor, especially when you have NY City jurors.
There are so many laws, and bad laws to boot, on the books, that most of us are probably guilty of something if the heavies come down on us, no matter how law-abiding.
NY government is corrupt right down to the bone and at the DNA level. Not hard to shop for the "right" judge and venue/jurisdiction in this state.
As to federal appeals that would have jursidiction over this in NY, I believe that would ultimately would boil down to the district court that has jurisdiction in NY City and then the Second Circuit.
Good luck on getting a speedy trial, having your motions dealt with in an efficient manner, and your appeals even looked at let alone ruled upon in a timely manner.
The process here is the punishment.
They ran Trump out of DC on a rail, making use of a fake plannedemic, nation wide riots and mayhem, a vast "disinformation" intelligence and censorship campaign across a wide swath of the (controlled) news agencies and "social" medium platforms, and with a rigged election. All that after 3 years of outright political warfare with Russia Russia Russia, Ukraine, and so on.
These people aren't fucking around; they have qualified immunity, lots of money, and the obvious and determined will to go after the man no matter what it takes, no matter what it does to our nation, no matter what our Constitution and laws say, not matter what is moral or proper or decent.
Its called tyranny, and it is the form of government that we now live under.
