I have to disagree with you on this one. Our side has played nice kept our mouths shut and have been polite and where has it gotten us? No where until we elected someone who calls a spade a spade. I personally find it refreshing that someone has the nerve to call out all the bullshit that surrounds us. I'm glad he does it in a rude in your face matter. The only reason it seems that way is because his words has truth in it and our society has been conditioned to find truth offensive. I hope he keeps tweeting and telling it how it really is and not sugar coating it.
As far as @Joe Blow comments about what has he done for us as NY'rs. Well for a lot of the people in the state will see a break on their taxes. I forgot the number but the percentage of people who itemize is fairly low. With that said who ever goes with a standard deduction will get a big tax relief. On top of even that fact why would they tailor a federal tax plan for the interest of a few high tax states that's as dumb as slamming your sick in the door. Let's move to the next part of the tax plan.... well the basically killed Obama care! If you don't know what that does I'm not going to explain it research. The last big one is the corporate saving. Oh the evil corporations are making more money how freaking scary. If anyone believes that keeping more money in the private sector is a bad thing then should just move to a communist country because it goes against the free economy principals.

And, on the topic of Walmart's bonuses, doesn't anyone else think it is misleading to claim they are giving bonuses due to the tax relief, when they are laying off hundreds of people?
Same with AT&T...trying to sound like a good corporation for giving bonuses while trying to quietly layoff hundreds or thousands of people.
