One can absolutely print a 100% working suppressor with a everyday printer and non exotic filament. We are not talking about a couple shots from .22lr, but rather rifle rounds shooting FA. Check out the FNA (Fuck The NFA) on your favorite alternative video site.Not sure you can print a suppressor. A suppressor is essentially a pressure vessel, and PLA filament isn't exactly a great choice for that.
At least not a supressor good for more than one shot on a 3d printer that costs less than 6 figures.
If you want a cheap untracable suppressor you go to autozone and grab an oil filter.
Or you buy one of those long narrow "fuel filters" off ebay and expect a visit from the ATF.
