I saw this on the Calguns forum.
That's a pistol grip, good luck rolling the dice, I'll pass.
I've never seen a grip like that on a pistol.Looks like a pistol grip to me with a Glock angle. That's why you like it Will!
That is why I think it's legal. It doesn't produce conspicuously below. It goes back just the same as the Thordsen.Gonna have an issue with the "protruding conspicuously below the action" portion of some pistol-grip definitions.

Ummm...no officer, it isn't a pistol grip. It's on my rifle. See? I only put pistol grips on my pistols.
I think this is listed as an example of a "truism" in Webster's Dictionary. The safe act sucks.
How so? Show me a pistol with a grip like that and in an angle like that. While there is no standard angle a good lawyer could convince the jury that your grip is more pistol than rifle.

BOAR grip is sideways I believe.Looks like a copy of the BOAR grip.

Assuming it is a pistol grip for the sake of argument, does it protrude conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon? I'm not seeing any part protrude conspicuously below the receiver.Risky... that sure looks like an angled pistol grip to me.
