One day is too much, then he has a life sentence that comes with being a convicted felon. For what? Possessing an object, which by the way alone is useless as we know, that was made illegal in the middle of the night.
The more of these cases that go down like this will just make it easier for the next revenuer to NOT look the other way, wait and see.
