that's happened before with a black dude and the cop shot him .... thats why he didn't wanna move
Im not saying it cant happen, I know there are cases where it has, but . putting your self in danger is stupid.

The ones in the cell you avoided?
Seems kind of wishy washy. I'm going home to my family at night. LT did the right thing in this armed robbery, albeit he went easy on these thugs.Im not saying it cant happen, I know there are cases where it has, but . putting your self in danger is stupid.
So you admit the orders were contradictory, unclear, and unreasonable. You also admit that by following his contradictory orders, it is plausible that it could have led to his death (reaching for a seatbelt release).Im not saying it cant happen, I know there are cases where it has, but . putting your self in danger is stupid.
You know that's a compliment to us cross dressers correct?going to work . talk to you girls later.
You know that's a compliment to us cross dressers correct?
So Philando was intentionally executed ?The orders were contradictory , coming from three officers at the same time. But its not an impossibility to tell the cops your getting out and need to unbuckle. Unless they are intentionally trying to exacute you they will allow you to.
Philando Castile tried to do things your way. He ended up dead. The orders were contradictory , coming from three officers at the same time. But its not an impossibility to tell the cops your getting out and need to unbuckle. Unless they are intentionally trying to exacute you they will allow you to.
Philando Castile tried to do things your way. He ended up dead.
"Ok officer, I'm getting my wallet from my back pocket as you ordered..."
"Bang, Bang He was reaching for something....."
This Lt is still breathing, so I'm going to say he made the right call.
If you turn a missing license plate into a life or death situation, you made a bad choice. So you admit the orders were contradictory, unclear, and unreasonable. You also admit that by following his contradictory orders, it is plausible that it could have led to his death (reaching for a seatbelt release).
Correct!
And you still think this guy should have somehow "listened better" and that following their contradictory orders would have somehow mitigated the danger for him. Got it.
NO
Really hope you're not in one of these situations yourself and have to exercise this critical thinking in split seconds. I fear you would make a bad choice.
I have, I didnt
what?? No. All it takes is a simple Ok Im getting out. Impossible orders? no not even close.
Your acting like they are trying to find a reason to kill him. its the opposite.
Precisely this. A missing plate does not justify a guns drawn response. Both these officers are idiots and should not be cops. How bright were they to do all of this nonsense in full view of body cams?If you turn a missing license plate into a life or death situation, you made a bad choice.
I agree the only thing I’ll say is the older cop does admit that traveling slowly to a well lit area is common place and “ok” or acceptable. It’s talked about right in the video then he tried to bribe the LT not to pursue this. He knows he screwed up for sure.I saw another video the cops jumped out of the car guns drawn screaming. They escalated the situation. The older cop is no longer a police officer. Again no one is showing video as soon as the cops hit the lights .
Things can change as evidence comes out look at the Chauvin case. A lot of opinions changed since that initial video came out.

Pity the officer wasn't convicted for it.
I posted an entire thread on this one...Perfect example of another brain surgeon resisting arrest
Graphic: Body camera video shows deadly shooting of Daunte Wright - YouTube
MR. I didnt do nuffin decides hes going to resist arrest and flee. Retard cop kills him by mistake. You win Daunte! you were innocent! Have a nice afterlife moron.
Great advice . Cop was wrong, changes nothing. Your dead because your to stupid to understand whats happening.
If you're going to kill someone because they sat there not moving then you're part of the problem. He was told to get out of the car eight times. EIGHT FUCKIN times! in the first minute or two. before another officer told him to put his hands out of the window then told him to get out of the car also ! IF your claiming confusion, your full of shit. it s was clear repeated orders. He told the officers he wasnt getting out . He wasnt confused, he was non compliant . It was stupid .
I dont know why the officer conducted a felony stop on this guy. that information hasnt come out yet. But lets assume the officer believed the car was stolen , maybe he thought it came from a nearby drug house. whatever, Lets assume the officer was fucking drunk on drugs . In any case your chances of survival drop to very low levels if your non compliant. and thats the point I was making . It wasnt in defense of the cops, IT was pointing out that non compliance can get you killed. right or wrong.
when your dead does it matter who was right? Lets say the cop execute's you on the spot for being an asshole. Does it matter ? does your family care why? The point is dont be stupid, cops are human and are just as evil ,and can make mistakes like anyone else. The reality is, a man with gun to your head is giving you orders. not complying, is the stupidest thing anyone can do.
Cop told Philando to get his ID, then shot him for reaching for his wallet.Philando told the officer I have firearm, cop says Ok dont touch it , he then reaches for something after the cop says dont touch it 3 fuckin times.
clean shoot. I would have killed him too. You just made my point that disreguarding an officers order can get you killed, then go on to say how the LT did the right thing. No he didnt,
Cop told Philando to get his ID, then shot him for reaching for his wallet.
No cop has any more legal authority to take someones life than I do."spat,
If you're going to kill someone because they sat there not moving then you're part of the problem.
Period.
IDGAF how important you think you are, that's murder and you should hang for it.
Doesnt matter your dead. I go to jail. you win? How about do what what your fucking told because your life may depend upon it? whether the cop is an angel or a devil doesnt change the fact that you died because you didnt listen.
This is not a ""my authority"" problem, this is a safety issue.. The person your dealing with has the legal authority to take your life.
Does it matter to George Floyd weather Chavin is innocent or guilty? Do you think George gives a shit? Lets say officer Chauvin is guilty as sin. so what? Floyds dead. Hes dead because he choose to resist . Chauvin may be guilty of murder . doesnt matter one bit to George does it.
The point you keep missing isnt that Im defending the police, Im not . Its recognizing that your in great danger when you resist. guilty or innocent Your just as dead.
Time after time after time, I can show you video after video of people who were shot, killed, beaten, because they choose to resist.
The reason for this is clear as day. The officers are trained to use force against non compliant people. And thier job mandates it. That is an irrefutable fact of life. If verbal commands dont work they go to the next level .
In this case the asshole refused verbal commands several times to leave his car. Told the officer he wasnt getting out which means he understood the orders, and then he was pepper sprayed. No problem . Or maybe the officers should just keep asking? after being sprayed,The officers told him to take his seatbelt off and get out of the car. which he did. He was'nt confused about the order . he complied. Once he complied the use of force was no longer necessary.
He didn't touch his gun, or even try.Cop told him to not touch his gun . watch the video again.
So, you shoot me for not following your orders, I'm dead, you're in jail, and you think *you* won ?"spat,
