Yes "concealed weapons can be prohibited " and a License allows for you to CCW! (In 49 States, even those that are now Constitutional Carry still issue CCW licenses) So are the " the bloods , MS13 , ect ect .. still carry concealed weapons" being allow to CCW? Are they not charged when caught?

We keep going back and forth, back and forth about some of the same issues.
Many, many, many years ago, bad guys, doing bad guy things would carry conceal. Most people way back when, open carried. Times were very, very different.
We cannot always compare today to yesteryear.
In regards to CCW compared to OC, I just wish we had the personal option.

just going from western movies .. they all opened carried .. why ?? to to look cool and tuff .. .. disputes were settled at high noon .. sucks we lost that tradition ...
and still today bad guys carry concealed .. no matter how many laws are made up and passed ...
but way way way back .. like the 1800's deringer .. who got arrested for a CCW with no permit .. ?
wish for the same option .. and to find out how i transport a BP pistol with no components to someone that can shoot it hummm LOL
Some fail to understand, just like leftists, that we should still be able to converse as rational humans (a common occurrence in "yesteryears"). Simply bringing up facts does not imply anything else, and should not immediately illicit sarcasm, anger, and in some cases, outright trolling.
@GOPerfect you are right about having the personal option of both! But I think some here think that if we fight for OC we would lose CCW! That will not happen and it would at the least do away with restricted licenses, JMO!

Most likely people did in some places and not in other places, The Court said concealed weapons can be prohibited, not that they ARE or MUST be! That is why every State has there own License (or no license now in some cases)

Sorry I never said he had to sell it to Democratic judges! (all 4 of them were sure NO's) Kennedy was the swing vote they needed. (And by the way he was a Republican appointed by President Reagan) And before you come down on him he was 81 and seemed to be in good health, he did retire to give Trump a 2nd pick (Brett Kavanaugh) that seems to be a stronger Conservative then Kennedy was.

Who decides? It's a broken system that needs to be replaced. But just because it's all we have it doesn't mean we need to accept their corruption.

Yep. When you have judges that can't rule as per the Constitution and they are all of a certain political party, it's corruption. The same goes with Republicans and abortion. There too many threads where we had this type of discussion but I remember clearly you said that Scalia had to sell it to the other justices after I called him a traitor for inserting that Trojan horse that the 2A isn't an unlimited right.
