I’m perfectly sane and in good health. Thanks for asking lol. Like I was saying, I think this would be a huge benefit for the 2A and every gun owner because obviously a gun control/ gun ban would come within the first 100 days as stated by Kamala Harris but the thing is, I believe that would be challenge by every free state until it gets to the supreme court especially with the new SCOTUS pick. This will have to be a case they cannot ignore and obviously would be a violation to the 2nd amendment. This could potentially get rid of AWB in all 50 states and if ruled correctly, Cuomo can’t play these games where NY doesn’t have to abide by federal law. I think it would have to be really bad before it gets good.

I think you're very wrong. Maybe one or two cases get to the SCOTUS. Maybe we get a favorable judgement on one or both of those cases. But there are things that will be enacted that will not get to the SCOTUS and will stand up as law. We will have to live with no online sales of firearms, ammo, or parts. With so-called "assault weapons" added to the NFA (and who knows how much more restrictive that'll be than any laws we have on the books even in NY -- think any semi-automatic). With any non-statutory administrative restriction the BATFE is ordered to arbitrarily place on all number of items.

2. Harris will become president, as a puppet of Pelosi who in name only is VP. The goon squad of Schiff, Schumer, Nadler and friends will enjoy unprecedented prosperity and influence. Term limits will become a distant afterthought
3. Statehood for DC and PR, even more ridiculous gerrymandering of senatorial districts to ensure red states and parts of states have zero voice. 3-7 justices will be added to Supreme Court.
4. COVID will be used to keep the general population cowering in their homes or cars for fear of the administrative penalties for not wearing a burka. Small business will crater, as will schools and smaller municipalities dependent on property taxes. Governors’ dictatorship dreams will come true, or be extended further. Researchers working on facial recognition will move to retinal scans and gait/movement analysis.
5. Gun ownership will be outlawed, unless you happen to be Antifa and/or a convicted felon. Using any weapon at all to defend oneself against these peaceful outbreaks of violence and anarchy will become a capital crime.
