I think you're very wrong. Maybe one or two cases get to the SCOTUS. Maybe we get a favorable judgement on one or both of those cases. But there are things that will be enacted that will not get to the SCOTUS and will stand up as law. We will have to live with no online sales of firearms, ammo, or parts. With so-called "assault weapons" added to the NFA (and who knows how much more restrictive that'll be than any laws we have on the books even in NY -- think any semi-automatic). With any non-statutory administrative restriction the BATFE is ordered to arbitrarily place on all number of items.

I've been saying for years the only was we get rid of the SAFE Act here in NY is for it to go National. Only when we bring the rest of free America into the fight will we have a chance to squash this BS once and for all. And now having RBG gone and hopefully ACB coming in, our chances are better than they have been in a LONG time.

That’s always been the plan. Get the female vote and the black vote then label every white person a racist just to get into office. Once in office, things will become very very bad but even then still find a way to blame orange man bad.

I can only hope and pray that Trumps wins and both houses go republican. If Biden wins he will not be in office long. The Democrats will use the 25th amendment to remove him and Harris will be president. The I believe you will see a second civil war.

I don't think they would need to remove him.

I bet the only way they got him to run was by promising him he only had to serve for a few months.

I think he would step down voluntarily.

Once you can no longer count on the system to deliver justice, you will have to seek it elsewhere.

Once enough people make that determination things are going to get very ugly.
