The author is upset that Amy isn't stepping into line as a woman and doing what the author thinks a woman should do as judge. Also this ass-tonguing of rbg is a bit much if I do say so. There are many women who have a achieved a great deal who owe nothing at all of it to rbg. Most of the stuff this author is lauding rbg as having done happened in parallel--and often sooner--in other western nations.
