I hate to be the typical defeatist but My bet is the judge gives the state the benefit of the doubt and does not issue an injunction because the law hasn’t effected anyone yet being that it’s not in effect yet.
damn I hope I’m wrong and no injunction doesn’t mean the fights over but the 2nd amendment is a second class right in NY
