Whenever I see something that says "Military Grade", I know it's BS.

Issued M4's aren't free floated. The issued slings suck. Magazines are worn. Uniform are an ineffective camouflage pattern. Issued boots are garbage. Most guys buy their own accessories and stuff. IE slings, boots, ect.

The military has some good stuff but the majority is from the lowest bidder. Hunting and backpacking equipment from Cabela's and REI is miles above what the military uses.

So when ever I see an article like that, if it really is military grade, I'd rather have the civilian version.

Not counting rifles of course.

Military grade shmilitary grade. I just love the widening of the beam to light up a backyard and the narrowing of the beam to few inches, combined with the brightest thing I'v seen..makes it awesome .

My daughters BF shot my AR a bunch a month ago and says it's so much better than his issued rifle, and my AR isn't anything special like what some of you guys here built. So I'm not sure I want Uncle Sam's rifle either lol.

The only thing I want from Uncle Sam is his lower receiver. I like 3 round burst. He can keep his full auto.

I agree, full auto means more ammo than I already can't afford lol. I'm bringing home one of his trucks soon, M35A2. Will go everywhere I need it to, super simple, and an engine that will burn damn near anything that's flammable.

Its amazing they almost never took sand into account. Until youve lived in sand 24/7 for a year, you have no idea how many places it can get and how many thing it can ruin......especially flashlights and guns........and body parts.

Nah, the whole idea of this thread was just so someone can click the link to actually see what it does. I didn't care about the name or price or quality. I just thought it was awesome features I never saw on a flashlight, ans a screenshot wouldn't have done that. After seeing the crazy price of it, I went and found a knockoff that did the same because I liked it. As for anyone reading wayyyyyyy to much into this thread with questions and issues.. I don't care about reviews,just like I don't care when someone tells me a movie sucks then i see it and it's great. that ain't my problem, I was just sharing something I thought was cool.

Definitely send them to ebay.. My brother has the real name and the knock off brand I have two of the knock off and they're all pretty much identical except mine were 9$.. And get the ones with higher Li batterys MaH..

One of my COs demanded we have them and use them. Having it clipped to your LBV was an inspectable item!

Oh I should add, this guy? Big fan of Hawaiian print shirts and flip flops offduty. You'd see him in the freaking PX like that. I half expected to see him bust into a keg stand at any given moment dressed like that.
