It wasn't a Nazi salute. If you play the audio he says his heart goes out to everyone. He was grabbing his heart and throwing it to everyone there. He seems to be socially awkward. It's not defined as a disorder in DSM5. It's just labeled "gender dysphoria," because it's not an illness. No where is it considered an illness. It's just refered to as "a condition." It's considered a neurodivergence.
And in DSM6 it will probably be totally depathologized in a year or two when that is released. So it won't even be in the latest manuals.

Look, We all have a right to the pursuit of happiness and to feel safe. But a line needs to be defined. You trapped in the wrong body and are an adult; there is a procedure. Commit and follow it. At the end, when complete, I don’t care which prison you go to or which bathroom. But commit. Not like Lea Thomas who identified and still hung brain in the locker room. That isn’t right for any involved. I’m still confused how Lance Armstrong gets booted for hormones, WHILE he is fighting testicular cancer, yet Lea and others are ok. Call me confused.
I honestly don’t care if you want to identify as a demon and have horns and teeth installed and modified. Just don’t call me a Phobe because I don’t joint in or honor your “bravery”. Where it really bothers me is if a dude in a sundress walks into a store with a full beard; that is normal. For me to carry a concealed weapon that noone can see is crazy. The DSM does not make any claims about it, other than mentioning is an "incongruence." It doesn't call it an illness. It's a manual full of disorders, but the NIMH doesn't consider things like ASD an illness for example (they treat it as a developmental issue), and it's in the DSM5.
Trans people are not out to molest your children, or assault random people. Who honestly gives a shit what they do as long as they're not hurting anyone? I still don't understand what the issue is here. Just treat them with the same standard as everyone else in all situations, and have a sliding scale for sports or something based on their transition date or something (that needs to be practical.)
So make up your mind. Are you going to be a transphobe and discriminatory against people who mean no harm to you?

I don't. Until they start to tell me if I don't recognize them I'm a _________ (fill in the blank with what ever flavor of the month you want). Personally, I think they are mental cases. It is the constant in your face about their lifestyle that I can do without. For such a small percentage of the population they make a big enough stink about themselves that I can't help but have animosity.
