Stop yelling at me!!! I had to work a bunch of OT! I plan on getting out either Wed or Sat if all goes well. I WILL shoot this damn challenge!

Would they work on the shorter barrelled 10/22's or are they better suited for the 20"+ barrels ?

They work just fine on standard barrel 10/22's , I see plenty of them at Appleseed shoots! My 10/22 that is pictured in this thread was a limited edition with the 22'' barrel. I would recommend the rail mounted rear sight , one Allen screw on and off it you wanted to scope the rifle. Also there are tools needed to adjust the sights ( a spanner wrench ).

That's exactly why I check the calendar of events posted on my clubs site. I've had that happen all too often in the past. I actually messed up and forgot to check last week when I went to do this challenge. I was able to do the ccw pistol challenge but the rifle range was closed for cadet training.

I'm thinking that maybe I could rent some guns at Wolcott Guns in Depew while I'm visting the fam and shoot July's match that way. Can I even rent a handgun at a range in NY? Can they rent NY Naughty guns?

You need a NY pistol permit to rent pistols. They rent some pre-safe act rifles.

Please see close up of coon target. I say all 5 inside. Send it to the judges.

I only brought 3 targets of each so the viking only gets 4 outta 5 in the eye slot.
