That should do the trick. Let’s see how long it takes to get here. Page says 3 week delay. My last few order were delivered in 3-5 days with a similar warning.

They can sue the seller, and bankrupt them before withdrawing the suit so it won't set precedent.
They have an established pattern of extortion like this.

There would most likely be a defualt judgement rendered against you for not appearing. You would have to file to have the default judgement reversed which would mean you would have to show up and address the lawsuit against you. You can't just ignore it.
ADA is a law he alleges was broke. He has a legal standing for a claim to be heard. Ordering ammo online legally or posting on a forum violates no law. No standing. Still home in pajamas. Not a court room in sight.

This wouldn't be a civil suit though. That said, NYS has so far failed to implement their whole ammo background check and has a moratorium on the banning of online ammo sales. Unfortunately, most retailers are still too afraid to sell to NY.
If you have a ridiculous claim, and IF it is even heard, then yes, because the judge isn’t awarding you anything for having your feelings hurt online in a forum (your example). Oh, I’m not answering the door either, so I haven’t been served.
