Had decompression of 2 and 3 vertebrae and fusion of 4 &5 so right now rest and can't pick up anything heavier than 5lbs. for 3 months. I walk as much as possible, sitting around I know is not good.
I have been out of circulation for a while so it took a little while to make the switch.
Just spent 7 days in Mass General after back surgery then another 7 days in Boston before I was able to travel. The recovery will take a while and the staff at Mass General were great but it's always nice...
