Why doesn't anyone have the balls to confiscate the billions of dollars of Iranian money and give it to Israel to compensate for the death and destruction supported by that Iranian money? Biden certainly won't do it.
Dead. Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, trailblazer and champion of liberal priorities, dies at age 90
Next, please say that Joe Biden will now be running for President of the United States of America.
You are on a roll....
What you are saying is if the magazine ban was lifted due to a Supreme Court decision, NY would apply the same principles to magazines that they do to ammo.
Background checks to buy a magazine, additional fees on the sale of magazines, etc. etc. etc....
Ok, so what happens after you try to buy ammo again after a deny or delay? Will they send the Gestapo after you?
Either way, sure sounds like a right denied.
I thought that was for a gun purchase, not ammo. And how does that stop you from trying to buy another gun from a different store that you might come across and want to purchase?
What would be the charge if you try to buy ammo again within the 30 day window? Sounds like a surefire lawsuit...
"King, who's had a pistol permit in the state for more than 40 years, is preparing to go through the appeal process. He cannot try to buy ammunition again until the appeals process concludes as the fall hunting season approaches."
What??!!! Where does it say you cannot try to buy ammo again...
If they manage to implement this, it will fail spectacularly.
The gymnastics they will employ to blame someone or something else for that failure will be even more spectacular.
Couldn't access on my phone during work hours. Just tried a little bit ago on the laptop and it was still down, then tried again and got on, but phone is displaying incorrectly.
"If you are found practicing medicine without a license, you will be convicted of a misdemeanor and face a jail term of maximum one year. For felony offenses, you face a jail term of eight or more in state prison."
Off to jail you go!
Ha! State Police will take the gun if they put two and two together and go to your cabin, and YOU or your son will have to straighten it out later, is what I'd put odds on.
You don't need a permit for it, but as already stated, once you lose your pistol permit, they can take all your long guns in NY.
That's how the Safe Act is written. If you lose your permit for any reason, or no reason at all (because it doesn't specify) they can take your long guns.
Hey, what happens if I decide to drive from Florida up to NY to visit friends and family and I find a good deal on ammo while I'm there.
Will the NYS background check allow me to purchase ammo without being a resident?
Funnily enough, I just saw a Heckler & Koch MP5 listed for sale (to Law Enforcement only) online at my old LGS in NY, but they are more than willing to let me pay right over the phone and then they will ship it to an FFL here in Florida!
Admittedly it's been a few years since I last purchased a firearms, and haven't thought about how the process works out of state in a long time, but this is interesting. NYS is shutting off NY FFL's from the Feds so that it goes through the NYS Police, but I can purchase a gun from NY without...
Here's a question for you to ponder.
7 years ago as a resident of NY, I was down in Florida visiting my parents where I found a rifle I wanted. I had them ship it to my FFL in NY.
What happens now if, as a resident of Florida, I find a gun in NY I want, and I have the gun shop ship it to an...
