Yes, I'm also trying to remain hopeful...especially of having something good come from SCOTUS very soon. Don't be discouraged if Sotomayor initially denies the Stay...Justice Thomas will take care of us on the resubmitted application to vacate the stay...

Thats the beauty of having the stay vacated. If that happens, let the 2nd circuit drag their feet for years if they want....that would be years of having our carry rights back while they sit and do nothing. Altho as I recently stated, I believe if they stay is vacated by SCOTUS, the 2nd circuit...

I may be wrong but according to everything I've read about the shadow docket, we could hear something any day now. Remember, if they do anything at all, it'll more than likely vacate the stay. If Sotomayor handles the application to vacate the stay herself and denies it, we can then resubmit it...

I sincerely think that the "open carrying" being in yellow print authorizes legal concealed carry. Otherwise, why would they emphasize those 2 words? Maybe I'll email corporate. If I recieve a positive answer in their response, that would be the perfect evidence to show any LEO if necessary.

Noticed tonight the sign at Walmart that says "Please refrain from open carrying of firearms" with "open carrying" emphasized with yellow print. I really wanna interpret that as legal concealed carry is allowed on the premises. Anyone with an opinion on this please weigh in....

That guy is mistaken. He's reading the states response and incorrectly labeling it as the 2nd Circuit response.....

Thats not a decision from SCOTUS, its just the states response. Let's wait to see what SCOTUS has to say.

I agree totally brother. I've been legally carrying 24/7 for 33 years prior to Bruen with ZERO issues. Now, post Bruen, I basically can't legally carry anywhere except for Tractor Supply....

Its probably wishful thinking to hope they'll rule in our favor when they decide the multiple cases...

I'm very surprised that the 2nd Circuit hasn't squashed Judge Sinatra's currently active Christian v Nigrelli injunction yet. Happy but very surprised.....
