Yes. A C&R is a type 03 FFL allowing you to buy and ship rifles that for that category to your home. Wether it be from a business or a person. Just be sure to keep a log book of everything. Here in Georgia, I can get handguns also on my C&R :)

For the 250 there is no aftermarket trigger available. There is for the 320, it's a flat trigger and i hear it is a huge improvement. It's on my list of things to try

I have a SIG 250, 320 and 227. By far my favorite handguns I own. I will admit, the DAO trigger takes some getting used to, however it doesn't affect it. Mine is in 45 ACP. Take some time and get used to it.
