Well I am thinking about upgrading to a progressive press. I saw a few that interested me on EBay. One was a Lee Loadmaster for $250 and a RCBS pro Chucker for about $500. Anyone have any experience with either of those.

This is so arbitrary and weak I would be surprised if NYS collected a $1 of what they believe is owed. What will happen is these companies will pull out of NYS jacking up prices to record levels punishing the average Joe.
