There's no actual "cure", but there are some things you can do to prevent it from getting completely out of control. Here's some advice from planetnatural.com...
Keep the area under the plants clean and use mulch to cover the soil. Mulch will prevent the disease pathogen from splashing back up onto the leaves. Prune or stake plants to improve air circulation.
Spray with a baking soda solution (a tablespoon of baking soda, 2 1/2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of liquid soap, not detergent, to one gallon of water), or neem oil. Baking soda may burn some plant leaves. Spray only a few and then check for a reaction before applying applications every two weeks.
Apply sulfur sprays or copper-based fungicides weekly. These organic fungicides will not kill leaf spot, but prevent the spores from germinating.
Use the broad spectrum bio-fungicide SERENADE Garden.
Bonide® Garden Dust can be for many insect attacks and fungal problems. For best results, cover both the tops and undersides of leaves with a thin uniform film or dust. Repeat applications every 7-10 days, as needed.

Mentioning bread. This Tweeked herb bread has been a household favorite since we discovered it a couple of months ago. It makes one hell of a giant BLT ! In Keeping with the gardening thread ,the bread Was made using all fresh herbs from our garden as was the lettuce portion of the samitch.

Well, so how come my spaghetti squash grows nice flowers but they never fruit?

Thanks. Yeah, we do have bees around and I am waiting another day or so to harvest our first cuke, which is looking good.
Thing is they've been blooming out flowers but then they just die and fall off. I'm hoping the fertilizer helps- we got no fruit on the cukes until we did that last week.

I was kind of pissed off. I went on vacation for two weeks and there were tons of raspberries on my bushes and I told the two people that were babysitting to pick them and eat them but they let them rot in the bushes. It was sad to see when I returned.

Yeah we grew the longer skinny English cucumbers for the last few years. We decided to grow these pickle cucumbers this year. Unfortunately we haven’t kept up with picking them and these have gotten a bit too big. No problem though. We’ll slice em up on a mandolin and make some nice burger sized pickle slices.

Nice bit of ginger sprouting. Did this as an experiment, we'll probably expand it. The wife goes thru quite a bit of ginger (we brew it into her iced tea) and it takes a while to grow to harvest, so figure we'll probably wind up with a couple small / medium planter boxes growing it throughout the year.
Did you start that from seed, as a plant, etc?

Its kind of like sprouting potatoes from the grocery store; have a couple more we will probably start later this week, I'll try to post pics. Nice thing about it- it freezes well once you harvest it.
Edit: and you can grow it inside the house, all year long.
