I also predicted a Trump win, However my guess was that Trump would be nominating Scalia's replacement, but only one other in his first term.

I believe Ginsburg will die in office. I say this because the Obama administration BEGGED her to retire so NObama appoint another "Kagan or Sotomayor"~~~but she flat out refused. She is 83, and absolutely loves what she does. I do not see her retiring AND she could conceivably, live passed the Trump administration So in a panic NObama nominated a Kagan/Sotomayor clone in Merrick Garland. But it was too late because of the GOP majority and they refused to even consider the loser.

But, now that he's there, all I want from his entire dang presidency are SCOTUS appointments that swing the court's balance back in favor of originalists and away from activist Liberal Progressive judicial hacks.

It's possible that going nuclear may have repercussions but the Dems have blocked way more nominations over time than the Reps have. If McConnell has half a brain (and I'm not saying he does) after locking in 2 or more SCOTUS picks he should change the rules so it can't be done in future. Is that playing dirty?
