California Begs The 9th Circuit To Have The Ammunition Ban Case Redone!!!
In this video I give an update on the Rhode v. Bonta California ammunition ban case. The state of California is now arguing Bruen has no impact on this case and that the 9th Circuit should remand the case back to judge Benitez.
As a prominent reloader, it’s not all peaches and cream....reloaders are laughing their asses off.
I get all my ammo from outside of New Yorkistan anyway. When we leave again, which should be by next Saturday. I hope. I can buy anything I want. Except in Ohio ( or maybe its Michigan ) , for some odd reason, Ohio/Michigan does not allow "straight wall rifle cartridges" to be sold in the state? You can buy all the necked down stuff you want, just not things like 45-70
California has a law limiting how much ammo residents can bring in from out of state, I'm sure NY would be happy to copy that if they got the idea. You'd have to be an idiot to comply. Go to PA or Vermont, pay cash, keep it in a closed container or compartment out of sight bringing it back in if you are worried.I have seen nothing saying you must buy your ammo in NYS or that it is illegal to posses ammo that hasn’t been background checked. They have no legal authority to stop you or search your car for any reason at all. Possessing ammo even in plain sight is not criminal in anyway shape or form. This doesn’t ban the possession of ammo not purchased in NYS and NYS laws don’t follow you to PA.
Can't be true, straight-wall cartridges are legal for deer in OH/MI now. Might be hard to find on a shelf, but legal.Except in Ohio ( or maybe its Michigan ) , for some odd reason, Ohio/Michigan does not allow "straight wall rifle cartridges" to be sold in the state? You can buy all the necked down stuff you want, just not things like 45-70
That's what Target Sports told me when I called them.Wasn’t there a post here, saying the ammo portion didn’t go into effect until 2023?
Um... What? Some one just told me this is going into effect 9/9 because they can’t perform the checks currently?!
Same reason for no alcohol I imagine.I’m surprised the native Americans don’t do more with selling guns and ammunition. Given history I would think they would be big supporters of people being well armed.
Walmart is telling their sports desk employees that it doesn't go into effect until 9/4 this year. Some one just told me this is going into effect 9/9 because they can’t perform the checks currently?!
Not law absent the database!
Occupation? WTF does that have to do with anything?
Anyways, a few sandwiches and a nice day trip fills the trunk with lead! And the taxes go elsewhere too!
Fuck NY!
