Huh.
Huh.
Well after practicing a bunch and losing arrows,,,,I need some archery supplies ,,,guess I will be stopping there tomorrow being that I have a job to do in Henrietta. I will look and see what ammo they have on their shelves.Just got off the phone with Sportsman's warehouse in Henrietta. Truck came today, no ammo, only archery supplies. Truck scheduled for drop ship later this week.
Often see 308 and 6.5 at sportsman's warehouse. Wondering, just a little, if it would be worth it to just buy another rifle in a different caliber.
Somehow I don't think that includes 357 Mag / 38 Special although it's a nice lever gun that deserves a homeProtip: everyone should have at least one rifle in a caliber starting with "3".
Would 6.5 qualify? Not a 3, but long range "reach out and touch someone " qualificationsProtip: everyone should have at least one rifle in a caliber starting with "3".

Good luck with your 7.62 AR. I hear they can be problematic. I’d be curious to see how yours runs.I just bought a 762 upper for my AR since 223/556 so hard to find and expensive right now.
How were prices?NY Shooter Supply in Albany had a couple thousand rounds of 5.56 and 223 left. No limits. Tons of 308 and 7.62x51.

Was just there last Friday to buy 2 AR15 lowers. Prices were normal, 12.99 for a box of 62g 223How were prices?
I considered slumming it and looking around at such a political whore house but just couldn't do it. Our Jeep fought back and wouldn't allow the turn. Good thing i guess, I'd felt so dirty I wouldn't be able to sleep.Last week, I held down the gags and went to the justifiably hated not to be named sporting goods box store because a member of this fine forum indicated they had some hard to find pistol calibers in stock. I bought the nine boxes of 380 they had left and the kid behind the counter asked why I thought they would have any 380. I mentioned that I saw it on a forum and the kid quipped .... "an hour ago a guy came in and bought 20 boxes of the 380 saying he heard we had it on NYGUNFORUM."
So to the member who gave us a heads up ... thanks.
To the member who only bought 20 boxes and leaving 9 that I could buy ... thanks.
To the members still looking for 380 in local shops .... sorry, but if I was an hour earlier I may have bought 29.

That’s nice to see. A little high though at 0.65/round. Was $7.99 per box a while back. Not worth the trip for me since I’m in Buffalo area. Was just there last Friday to buy 2 AR15 lowers. Prices were normal, 12.99 for a box of 62g 223
Below most other shops in the area. .65/round for american made 5.56mm. I'm told that wholesale price went up another .10 a round a few days ago. So watch for prices to climb even farther. How were prices?
Yep. I saw some blazer 9mm today for $0.80/round online. Glad the kid was tired and didn’t want to shoot yesterday.Below most other shops in the area. .65/round for american made 5.56mm. Sorry but the only place that has kept prices reasonable is TSUSA. They will have my business until I die or they piss me off. No way is $0.80/round reasonable or in-line with what they are paying. They are just out to rip people off. TSUSA has some for half that I guess I should have bought.CCI Blazer BRASS 9 mm 147 gr. FMJ #5203 50 rnd/box [E-5203-50] - $39.75 : Ammo Supply Warehouse

PRIME MEMBERSHIP UPDATE
Prime Members,
The entire team at (redacted) is working tirelessly to support our loyal customers and source ammo for you. We have recently implemented a few new perks of membership that we want to share with you to convey our efforts. We understand your frustration and concerns and we are doing what we can to help!
1. Prime Member Priority Purchasing: Each time inventory is added for HOT Items (like 9mm, .223, etc) Prime Members have purchasing exclusivity for the first 3 hours or until the product sells out. This applies whether or not you signed up for a back in stock notification on this product. NON-Prime members will see the following screen if they are attempting to purchase within that 3 hour window.
2. Inventory: Last week, thousands of cases of 9mm and .223 were added, they were all sold to Prime Members!! We receive shipments Monday - Friday & add the inventory to the site as soon as it hits out loading dock. We are getting the majority of available inventory from the manufacturers vs. our competitors, it just sells out in minutes! If you get a back in stock alert, don't wait! Buy now!
3. Back In Stock Alerts: We have added a section to My Account for you to see all notifications in one place. Go To My Account > Communications Tab & scroll down to Back In Stock Notifications.
**Make sure that your mobile phone number is correct & that all the products you are signed up for are showing up in this list. If for some reason they are not showing up, please go back to the product page and sign up again!**
4. New Phone System: Prime Members are now able to be directed to the Prime Team when calling in by selecting Option 2. This will send you right to our Prime Team queue of calls that will be handled as quickly as possible.
*Coming Soon* Sign up for all notifications per caliber. We will notify you if any product is added for the caliber you selected. Stay tuned for updates on this additional benefit!
Speaking of TSUSA, if you're on the fence about paying for the annual Prime membership, I received this e-mail today -
Their prices have been going up (556 ammo right now is $0.56/rnd, 9mm was around $0.33/rnd I think), but aren't TOO unreasonable. I've been checking multiple times a day to order, and hopefully the reserving for Prime members helps. Though I also wish they could reserve some inventory for NY residents since it's so hard to find someone to ship.. I might have to break down and send to an FFL if it comes down to it.
Out of curiosity and in the hood anyway, dropped into Dick(less) in Jefferson Valley.
After going in there, I'm hearing some ranges want members to shower, do a Hoppes cleansing enima, and quarantine for 14 days.
