My heart breaks for the miss on the Beneli m4. 1899 now at sportsman's warehouse without upgrades. It's the shotgun on my radar in the future, and I would be kicking myself now if I knew I could have gotten it for 700. Hell, even my wife knows it a firearm in my future, of course without knowing the price, and she is all for it. I feel for you bud...that hurts.

@Jchrisls - I kept meaning to get a Mossberg Shockwave before all this COVID stuff started - went as low as $279 I think. Now if you can even find them they are double it.
I'm decent on 9mm but keep checking Bass Pro when I'm by; haven't checked WalMart in a while. I actually have some 9mm on "backorder" through SWFA - their support said they didn't know how long the wait is but they charged my CC already....

Pretty much the only things I've been shooting are my bolt .22, and target loads thru the 12 gauge just to keep the shotty muscle memory intact.
I was in S&S Taxidermy in Springville today, and they were well stocked with ammunition at regular prices. For those of you that don't know, S&S is primarily an archery shop, but they do have firearms. Their ammunition selection is not overwhelming, but ther have offerings for most popular calibers. They also have some reloading supplies. And they're good people to deal with, too !

I cannot tell you what their inventory is for any of those. The table and the showcase were both pretty well stocked. I really didn't pay too much attention to it, I was just browsing while I waited for my hunting license. You can call Brian and ask him what he has left, 716 592 2404.
Not sure exactly what you're looking for - he stocks mostly hunting and self defence type ammo, not so much FMJ type stuff. If that's what you're looking for, MG Guns in Bradford, Pennsylvania is where you want to go. He has that stuff by the case.

If anyone is near Albany, close to the VT/MA/NY border, Pete's Gun Shop in Adams, MA has 9mm and other popular sizes at as close to normal prices as possible. Met the owner and he is an incredibly nice and fair guy, said he was sorry to even be selling me a 9mm 50rd box for $17. A lot cheaper than most right now.

What do you consider expensive? If you're going by shipping prices you see persons charging online for cases of 500 / 1000 rounds etc., yes, that's expensive. They're making $'s on the shipping. 1K rounds can be shipped for $15.50, 500 rounds can be shipped for $11.50, all day long...
