Ammunition found locally today

A LGS south of Watertown posted that they have 9mm, 5.56/.223 , 380, .22 on hand.
They said ammo is very difficult to get and prices for some calibers is ridiculous though.

Yeah... But at least you can get shit... Most of the usual supply chains are dried up... Fortunately, I saw what was coming...While others were stocking up on Toilet Paper, I was acquiring "Other" goods...

I’m not paying $0.65/round for .223 that was $0.28/round a few weeks ago. Of course I’m fairly well stocked up. This just impressed upon me I should get more because why not.

All components are gone right now. I've been checking for a month, because I wanted to top off but nothing is coming back in stock.

I'm glad I bought the M&P 40 SW after the Safe-Act ( I have done the 9mm conversion ) since there always seems to be 40 available!

A few boxes of 50 rds .22 , 20 or so boxes of 357 . Some 44 , .32 , . 40 I think. NO 9mm or 5.56/223 .
I was going to buy a box of Berry's 9mm pills, --- all gone. They had a couple last Monday.

I have to say, I gave up on shopping locally some years ago. Always stuck with what's on the shelf. Never what I specifically wanted. I do online all the way.

Thanks for the tip. Never heard of them b4. Was a runnings not too too far from me (brockport) . Had 22, bought all I was allowed ( 2 boxes, 100 rounds each).

They also had 40 and 7.62 for anyone interested. And plenty more 22.

I went to cabelas on Saturday and they had nothing. Was in a mall so went to yuck, yuck dicks and they had nothing. Almost got rid of all guns and ammo at dick so I made a stupid comment so the worker could hear me. Chucked then left.
Ammo is too expensive now. If you’re really hurting plenty of it on gun broker but at $0.50-$0.55/round for 9mm it makes my head spin!! I won’t do it.

Just checked the dick’s at the Poughkeepsie galleria. No 9mm, .45, .357 .22 Or 12g buck or slug, at all. Shelves were bare except for a handful of .380, .45 long colt and a few .40

True, but .13 a round for 22 is a bit high. Paid 15 or so yesterday for 200 rounds, copper hollow points.

Went to gander rv and outdoors after work today in the hope of some .22lr. The shelf was cleared out by the guy who walked in ahead of me. Left in anger and bought 1K rounds offline in the parking lot. Still had expensive hunting calibers, some 5.7x 28mm, 10mm and plenty of 12 gauge birdshot.
