I was reading today Remington announced they split the company. Remington arms and Remington ammunition are now two separate companies. That should speed up ammo productions greatly.

I was there on Saturday and the gun case had some kimbers and that’s about it. I just causally looked as I passed by that’s all. Couldn’t tell you if there was a 10 mm there or not.

Yep had a friend say the same. Not sure if they get deliveries on regular days or what. I heard there are 2 days that the truck comes in but not sure how accurate that is. I think they said Tuesday and Thursday. But Monday morning they were well stocked so that doesn’t make much sense.

I was there Saturday and they had nothing so that doesn’t make sense unless they hold some ammo in the back and bring it out here and there? Who knows. Trucks should be regular days for scheduling if imagine.

I love buying the 50 round agulia .22 from there. It’s super cheap and descent ammo.
mill have to head that way tomorrow and see if any is left!!
There were about 25 of the cheap ones left there today maybe another 20 of the more expensive aguila super extra specials they were like 7.49 for 50 or something.

Picked up a hand auger, Swedish pimples, and 3 boxes of .22lr. Only had .22lr and one box of 9mm. I have plenty of 9mm so I left it for others.

Regular schedule doesn't necessarily mean 7 day rotation.
They could easily have a regular schedule that causes trucks to not show up on the same day every week.

True but many do like to have it the same day of the week for scheduling purposes. Who knows and it seems like they don’t want to tell you.
For what it's worth I've asked the guys at gander, the get a truck every Tuesday.
Sometimes they restock the shelves Tuesday afternoon. Other times Wednesday morning before they open. Depends how busy they were so those are best times to look for ammo Tuesday a few hours before closing and Wednesday
Great information. I haven’t been to the Hamburg store. Is it anything like the old store in Tonawanda? I used to really enjoy going in there to look at things. There was an older tall man that worked there that was always helpful. I bought an 870 tactical from him once.

It's mostly an RV dealership, with a camping/outdoor goods area and some fishing/guns/ammo mixed in.
Not a huge assortment, but it's another place to try. Fair prices too all things considered and the workers I've talked to have been helpful.
They're waiting on a permit to carry pistols so they may have some in the near future.
Oh damn. No pistols at that location? Surprised they didn’t let them transfer the license to the new address especially being a big company like that.
There was a SNAFU with the ppwk. They had to reapply and it's been held up in FUACland.
They are hoping it's resolved shortly but no time line for when.

I’ve asked and they told me they were in the process of getting approved by NYS. That was when they first opened and they have told me the same thing about 6 months ago. Something tells me they won’t be selling pistols out of this location but I don’t know.

Crazy that they’d need new approval. Should have just been a simple address change. It’s the same company and not a little fly by night one either. Just another example of why you shouldn’t do business in this state.
