A quick google search will tell you BH enter the wrong house pretty regularly
He knows because he is all knowing and no one could ever equal his intelligence and training. Just ask him, he'll be proud to tell you over and over and over and over again just how wonderful he is, and how you could NEVER hope to compete with his awesomeness. Anything you think you've accomplished is solely due to your "Google-fu" and is dismissed.
And don't take MY word for it (nor his, since he won't post proof):
He is also privy to information that even the authorities don't have as the the living arrangements of the accused, and can try and convict the family that was terrorized all by himself.
He also feels that bounty hunters can do no wrong, and that police don't just take their word for things. So if they are there, it absolutely MUST be legit and no errors could EVER be made by authorities, or even by non-authoritative civilians acting like authorities.
I agree with @spat , I'm half expecting a diatribe on droplets and how awesome it is to be a train cop.
Not good. Was it the wrong house altogether like my grannies house or the right house and the crim just happen to not be there at that exact moment? Those are very different things.
Wow. Very out of touch. As stated, you are making the accusations of wrongdoing. Prove it in court. Let it play out. If they did wrong they should face the music. But on its face its not very reasonable to believe there was wrongdoing. You dont invite the cops to your crime scene. See Michael Brown. All the outrage and it was all proven to be fake. You are. the. ones. getting all excited. I'm letting it play out. Whatever is right is. right and thats what will happen.
As for your non authoritative comment, you haven't been paying attention. See the slate.com article. They have immense powers and abilities according to SC rulings. Go back and read. Or don't because you dont want it to be true. I cant help you on that.

Have you watched the video? Those cops seemed clueless on what is appropriate for BH. They didn’t even know where they were from. The cops were just there incase shit went south with a shootout. My dads a cop and he has had people call and say so and so stole my drugs can you recover them? So your statement isn’t true people do call the police when they commit a crime.
Also police can’t be charged for entering a home with a warrant and BH can’t be charged either but they need permission without force. What I’m claiming is a crime is they said open up or we will break it down, door opens and gun in home owners face, can we enter? Do you have a warrant, BH yes!! This is a complete fabrication and all this leads me to believe if they said no he would not have let them in. This is forceful entry under false pretenses. If a cop enters my hone at gun point without a warrant and no exigent circumstances it’s a problem and yes a crime! Cops can be charged with a crime. Also again they entered a tenants residence with no justification at all at gun point. There is no way around that and they didn’t have permission again that’s a crim
The jury instructions are all well and good but what I’m saying is if this case was in front of me for a burglary or assault charge I would vote to convict. If it was a civil case it’s worth $5 million to me as it sits. Sorry those are my views.
All I have to say is in this climate if the homeowners were black and the BH were white the BH would already be charged. Funny how it’s the exact opposite and if the BH are not charged it’s race related IMO.

Could still lead to one showing up at your home someday. That was my point. That’s all. Or a relative could list your address on their bail paperwork and they might show up. You never know and this is not acceptable unless they had proof and permission to enter. They had no right to point a gun at that man. What justification do they have for that?

The video is all you need. They entered the tenants house and forced their way into the first home. Both crimes. I’ll give you them forcing their way in may not be able to be proven in a court of law but I’d vote to convict. There’s no reason none at all for them to enter the tenants dwelling and that’s a crime unless the tenant gave permission but doesn’t seem that way.
I'm going to let it play out. There are many facts that we just don't know. Whatever is decided I am good with. It will all come out in the wash in the court room. It always does. In the meantime Im not going to get worked up over it because I'm smart enough to know what I don't know.
The video only tells half the story. We don't have all the facts or laws. A google search of BH laws is all anyone here is going off of. That;'s a far cry from actual law and the relevance of it to this case. For all you know they have the proper documents for exactly what they did. It will work itself out.

We have cops on this forum, we have real, honest to gods Lawyers here. Some of them are in this discussion, but you know more because you went to guard school.
There are two lawyers that have been commenting on this situation and still you say that you know more than they do.

Just because someone is a cop or lawyer doesn't mean they know anything about this specific case or circumstances. A divorce lawyer commenting on SC BH rulings carries no weight anymore than a Toyota mechanic can diagnose and fix the space shuttle. Let it play out. Nobody in here is in charge of this situation. Let it be.

I dont need to let the facts play out. Under no circumstances were they allowed to do what they did especially enter the tenants house unless the tenant specifically gave them permission. The homeowner says no. Pretty funny how the bail bonds company and BPD have not really made a comment on what the BH did only what police did and no comment by BB company. I’m not surprised. Also how about the supervisor that came and said mistakes were made. I’d imagine he has more facts than either you or I do. All the facts you disregard.
Yep. I'll let it play out. Mistakes were made. Nice statement. Doesn't really mean anything though. When again is the DA reading the charges? I want to be sure I'm near the tv. Until then, we've got nothing other than emotions and opinions.
