Why aren’t they pushing the plug in hybrids more? They seem like a much more reasonable at the time. Plug in and charge and you can get 30ish miles off the battery which would cover many peoples commutes. But still have an ice engine for when you want to go farther or it’s really hot or cold. I know a few people with the plug in hybrids that are very happy with them.
The ones pushing this shit want a few things.
1) they don't get money from oil. THat's the republican's schtick.
2) They get money from EVs
3) They want to be able to turn your car off remotely whenever they feel like it.
The only thing that senile old bastard can take credit for is the liquud shit in his drawers.

So… the president's reprobate crackhead son is invested in a company that is buying our strategic reserves, while we're paying more than $5 a gallon at the pump. We had an impeachment hearing about a phone call with Donald Trump and President Zelenskyy. It's been reported that the USA is now the biggest supplyer of oil to Europe. How can this be with all the environmental people calling for a ban on fossil fuels to save the planet? One would think it's good that Europe is using less and hard to get but Europe just keeps burning it away and the good ole USA looks like the bad guy as far as consumption. What woulsd gas be if none was sent to Europe? Or refilling the "not so important Strategic reserve"
