SO when your wife is told to get an abortion or she cant work its OK?
How about nobody dictating how to live your life?

Doesn’t make it correct. If you don’t want to do your job you should be shown the door. I highly doubt a jury would have ruled this way on a less politically correct religion

But it IS a choice between getting the shot and not having a job. That IS the reality.
Boy, the 3D mental chess is strong today.
So an employee should be forced to do whatever the employer wants, including (but not limited to), inserting whatever substance the employer wants inside of the employee's body? And it's OK because the employee can just "find another job?" Just like all those Keystone pipeline welders can just "find another job."Choice is always the employee to quit. But, the rest of America should not be on the hook for his choice. This is what you fail to understand.

What's next GOPerfect? Employers requiring employees to use a butt plug whenever not using the restroom because it reduces occurrences of soiled underwear? Would that be a violation of an employee's constitutional rights or does a private company have a right to sodomize its employees?
If you support the right to individual autonomy, why wouldn't you support public assistance for people who's rights have been violated? UI doesn't last forever. Somebody who is motivated can certainly find another job but at what cost? What if somebody isn't as well-prepared as you are? Are they not entitled to the right of choice? No, not at all. The employee can quit if he does not like the rules of work. You are confusing too many things here.
Biden destroyed all of those jobs with Keystone with the swipe of a pen.
As for the forcing of the shot, I am 100% against this. I have already decided that if my department were to force the shot, I would quit. I would not go on UI, I have prepared myself for the future quite nice.

Employers having a standard for personal appearance and hygiene is not even remotely comparable to an employer requiring employees to ingest chemicals. It's not even on the same planet. Shaving is an inconvenience but it doesn't permanently alter my genetic structure. Same with safety equipment. Inconvenient but doesn't alter my internal chemistry.
Threatening an employee with termination if they invoke their constitutional rights is illegal. Precedent has already been set. Hence why we have EOE.By an employee mandating this shot, what Right is being infringed? No one is forcing someone to stay employed, the option to leave over grievances is there.
It is not my fault, nor my care if others are not prepared. Their fault alone. As for your question of Right of Choice? Sure, they can chose to leave.
All of them.What constitutional right?
When your choice to not get a shot has the potential to shut an entire workplace down because of covid, it’s absolutely ok for the business to require the shot to work. You always have the right to work elsewhere. As with all personal choices, the consequences are yours to bear.Threatening an employee with termination if they invoke their constitutional rights is illegal. Precedent has already been set. I guess you don't understand the metaphor and the context to which he was referring. There's about 100 videos where you can watch the press conference, in context, where he made the comment.
You always have the right to work elsewhere.

Those who want to do things their way have been known to open businesses of their own.Do you? How many companies in NY won't mandate the vaccine?
No, they really don’t. See “employment at will”.How about work just has to deal with my personal decisions or fire me.
If Cuomo said so, you guys would be up in arms about it, but your boss says so and bend over and take it in the ass.

I actually take issue with this being an employer mandated shot. I have an issue with it being mandated period. There is a common sense line but unfortunately common sense seems to be lacking in this land as of late.without limitations. How about if your boss wants to screw your daughter? At what point is the line crossed?
Rage all you like. The law is not on your side. You aren’t a slave, you can quit if you don’t like your employers policy.without limitations. How about if your boss wants to screw your daughter? At what point is the line crossed?
If common sense was involved we wouldn’t be having this discussion. A mandate to be vaccinated shouldn’t have to be, but because of knuckleheads it will probably will be.I actually take issue with this being an employer mandated shot. And what knuckleheads are you referring to? Those who would rather not get a shot which had little vetting and questionable effectiveness or those who blindly follow the heard? If common sense was involved we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
