Here is my prediction: He will take a victory lap for removing the masks.
He will babble about climate change and a thing or two about gay rights.
Somehow the words diversity and sustainability will be used.
And I propose a drinking game. A shot of your favorite hootch every time he uses the words LOOK or MAN as in Look man! Sometimes he will say Look and others he will say Look Man. (as he wags a finger or two). The other triggers are the previous Administration or the actual word Trump. And finally any iteration of the word vaccine.
As I see it, after the first 5 minutes, we will all be schloggered and will easily be able to get through the rest of the night.

Once he finished blaming the previous administration for the anti-vaccine people that caused the mask mandate to be extended and he and his administration ended the restrictions, and how gays can still run around nude on beaches because he stopped the rising sea levels., he's got nothing.

He will also bring up his infrastructure bill, how we need BBB and green energy to combat Putin and climate change. The paper published by UN on climate change will be brought up and oh how he released some oil from the strategic reserves so Americans do t feel pain at the pump will be mentioned. I think that’s about it. I’ll bet he says nothing about Trump except how he was friends with Putin.

They're going to infuse him with amphetamines right up until they have to disconnect him and send him to the podium with an earpiece glued to his ear.

This will probably be one of the shorter SOTU speeches in the past few years. There is no way that this empty husk of a man can keep animated for much more than 35-40 minutes.
