Marine Cpl
.577 Tyrannosaur.
So as I said in another forum. I had a Bug Out Bag that I took on a hike in some hills at a State Park. After about 15 minutes in, the bag kicked my ass. When I got home, I removed a tent, a full mosquito net, shaving gear, pillow, pot, and other non essentials to lighten it up.
Here are my essentials off the top of my head that I can remember. I'll add more as I remember. Add yours. More heads can come up with better items.
Camo Poncho. Serves multiple purposes. Can be used for rain, worn as camo over regular clothes, made into. A small tent, used as a stretcher, ect.
Half a sleeping mat. Just enough for torso
550 cord
Sleeping bag with gortex bivy sack
Duct tape
3 MRE's
First Aid kit
Micro folding shovel
Combat Knife
Survival Straw
Water purification tablets
Canteen
Canteen cup for boiling water
Candle
Lighter
Change of clothes
Survival flashlight (the one that winds up)
Compass
Whistle
Baofeng Radio
Hydration bladder
9mm Carbine
Glock 26
Mosquito net hat
Fishing hooks with line
Magnesium fire starter
