The insurrection in the 14A specifically is the Civil War so does not apply to Trump. In no way does the 14A imply its any, all or future insurrections. The Congress was to act as stated by section 5 by making a law to exactly specify everything.

Not a fan of this ruling at all by Colorado. I'm pretty far from a Trump fan, but liking Trump or not is irrelevant. Last time I checked Trump has not been tried and convicted in any court of law for the crime of insurrection or crimes for providing material support to an insurrection. It's unfair and unjust to hold him accountable for actions he has not been convicted of. This should be thrown out as it stands today.
