Liberal judges on the Supreme Court have already written they don't believe the 2nd amendment gives the RIGHT of the Individual to own any gun.

Here is the text of the bill.
Can anyone find the section that would purportedly prevent the President from using the "Insurrection Act" (in Section 253 of Title 10 of the U.S. Code)? I cannot find such text.
EDIT: It appears that someone may have been referring to an amendment to the defense appropriation bill that curtails presidential use of the Insurrection Act. This text is not apparently part of the coronavirus relief bill.

Under a normal bill they do this adding of huge pork all the time. . They are treating this like any other bill they have done in the past. Neither side will treat this as a EMERGENCY it is. I wish there salary would stop a month for every day they delay this. . But NO , nothing will come of this. Then when Biden gets in just wait till see what he does. There will be so much pork in it. You wont believe it . A billion to China, got to make sure Hunter gets his part of it.
