Rules
Entry posts must be marked "Official Entry"
Challenge must be completed in the same range session as it was started.
Entries must be shot and posted between 1-31 December
Print on 8.5x11 sheet of paper (should fill full sheet).
Only one target may be entered per category. Once you enter a target set it is your score for that category. Any additional targets posted will be for "kudos" only. You may enter all six categories if you wish.
Final tie breaker is date and time of entry

Description of gun ( Remington 783, 38-06, 12-56x56 Simmons super spotter scope)
Distance (100 yards)
Stance or rest used (sandbag front and rear)
Caliber/Cartridge (.30-06 Springfield)
Load used (750 gr SHPBT, 59.5 grains H9002sc, CCI primer)/ whatever factory load you used.

The scenario: It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. The snowmen have decided to use this time to overthrow the country and enslave the human population. Their tools of the trade are a brooms and "throwing cookies" ( Christmas cookies that cut like Chinese throwing stars). If you do not stop them the world will be plunged into a deep freeze (sorry Al Gore, nobody believes you anyway).
10 Yard Pistol Stance: Free style
25 yard Rifle Stance: Off Hand
50 yard Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) Stance: Freestyle or Bench Rest
100 yard Rifle Stance: From the Bench/ Bench Rest / Prone
100 yard Red dot/iron sight rifle stance: From the Bench/ Bench Rest/ Prone
200 yard rifle stance: From the bench/Bench Rest/Prone
Course of fire:
10 rounds - snowman target 1 hit per section ( sections have value in them) there are 12 sections but you only have 10 rounds so choose the section that will get you the best score. Bonus if you hit the broom and arm with the same bullet at the crossing point (counts as a hit for both sections 20 points).
10 rounds- SR1 target (you can use a full sized target or the PDF)
12 rounds - cookie target (1 per cookie) Use page 1 of the PDF (looks like the picture)
5 rounds- 200 yard bullseye target one per bullseye. Print both pages, scores will only count if you shoot pages 1 and 2.
Scoring:
Christmas cookie target center hit ( no broken edge) cookies are worth 6 points, edge hits are worth 5 points.
Snowman target each section is worth the number of points designated.
SR1 target scores are on target (touching the ring earns the higher points)
Bullseye target scores are on target (touching the ring earns the higher points)
Target to use
100 yard Rifle use the snowman target
100 yard no mag red dot/ iron sight use the SR1 target
10 yard pistol and 25 yard rifle use the Christmas cookie target
50 yard PCC use the snowman (10 hits on target no section limitations)
No rimfire cartridges are allowed in the PCC class.
200 yard use the 6 Bullseye target.
