Well, when there is iron clad evidence that they weren't followed. Evidence that's a matter of public record like executive orders, but the courts rule that nobody has standing to even sue over it, what do you do then ?
You make the case and present your evidence in court. You find someone with standing, like... maybe ONE citizen in PA? They ahve all of these claimed witnesses like in the video 5-10 posts up in this thread, why not one of those people? The bottom line is that the Trump team has lost 50+ cases in court at this point. In none of those cases did they even prove *ONE* instance of fraud. Not one. That's why they lost or withdrew the cases. If they could prove fraud they'd win, but they either can't (because they don't actually have any evidence) of they haven't yet (which I doubt because why wait this long?).
Also, executive orders aren't evidence of voter fraud, they're executive orders. Nothing more, nothing less.

The courts flat out refused to look at the evidence.
What's your recourse when the courts refuse to even examine the evidence ?

Executive orders aren’t evidence of fraud. They are evidence that the election was not conducted according to the legally required procedures that would allow you to detect fraud.
You can't burn all the evidence and then claim "well, there's no evidence so I guess no fraud".

The votes from two different areas are printed differently. Different precincts will have different numbers. That's expected. How else do you think they have xx% precincts reporting on election day?

Im just the messenger man. Im not an expert on voting or ballots . the point was the republican districts had a bar code on thier ballots which ""they said "" was used to block the vote . I dont know, thats the allegation .
I cant for the life of me , think of a one good solid reason that republican districts had them but democratic districts did not., Is there a precedent of this?

Senator Josh Hawley Announces Intent to Challenge January 6 Certification of Electors With Stunning Response From Walmart
Earlier today Missouri Senator Josh Hawley announced his intent to challenge the January 6th congressional certification of the electors. A group of approximately 30 House representatives, led by Mo Brooks, will be challenging from the lower chamber.
This sets up a dynamic where formal electoral challenges from both chambers of congress will be taking place based on evidence of election fraud in several key states. The objection will initiate a debate and roll-call vote to certify electors within both the House and Senate. Vice-President Mike Pence will preside over the debate in the Senate.
A combination of The Guarantee Clause (constitution) and the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (law), establishes the framework for some to argue a fraudulent 2020 election result can successfully be challenged during congressional certification on January 6, 2021. Thus five state legislatures -under Republican control- have sent dual-sets of electors to congress: Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
[Article IV – Sec.4] The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence
The federal government, not the state government, ultimately holds the responsibility to protect the entire United States from foreign interference within the Guarantee Clause. This would seem to apply to foreign election interference. “ecause protection against invasion or domestic violence is normally available only from Congress and the President, the structure of this section suggests that the political branches have at least the primary duty to carry out its obligations.”
If DNI Ratcliffe produces a report (prior to January 6th) that outlines foreign interference in the election; and if the argument can be made the states with the contested (dual sets) of electors were subjects/targets of that interference; then a foundation to nullify the electors from the contested states is laid in congress
