I have zero faith in Pence to throw out the contested states electors. I mean, if Trump has the evidence and it's legit, I would hope he would have showed it all to Pence and Pence would do the right thing, but I am not counting on him doing so.

Unfortunately this is how I see it. When I saw that article about Pence going overseas after the count to me it meant the process is expected to go smoothly and procedurally. Either that or he needs to hide out. Highly doubtful it's the latter.

As far as that goes, I wouldn't read into it too much. If his schedule is made months in advance, it's likely not related to anything election at all. However, who knows?

I don't think Pence has the stones to go down in history as the guy that 'stole the election', 'subverted the will of the people', 'killed democracy', and every other thing the media will sling at him. Even SCOTUS is unwilling to upset the mob.
I don't think many people could stand up to the constant onslaught from the Left, the Media, Big Tech, and such. You have to admire Trump for weathering that storm, when he could go back to living like a billionaire and sleeping with supermodels.

If this is the true and correct Constitutionally prescribed path, Pence has the chance to go down in history as the man who saved our country. His strong religious beliefs, whether you agree with them or not, may actually make him less susceptible to and better able to withstand intimidation and public pressure. China hates freedom of religion more than the democrats and allowing them greater influence over our country would be unacceptable.

We (our side ) can prove fraud . It takes a lot of time to put everything together We don't have the ability to do forensic audits of most machines and folks that could demand it are unwilling. They aren't even hiding it at this point. Blatant, in your face. Why not? They have gotten away with it up to now.
Run it through a court case where people are under oath and have a judge admit the evidence to the court with positive finding.
At that point I will accept it as credible, but not until then. There is NOTHING that legally requires any of these people to be truthful at this point.
That's my standard, and it's either met or it isn't. It's a hard line for me. That goes for Democrats too, if they want to claim something - put up in court or shut up.

There has been no evidence presented that this election was on the up-and-up.
No courts have ruled, or even agreed to hear cases attempting to prove this election was free of fraud.
We have election processes. It's up to a complainant to prove they weren't followed or that there was fraud. Not the other way around.
An example. If you sign a contract with someone, its up to you to prove they didn't follow it if that's what you are alleging. The default is that the contract was abided. The burden of proof would be on Trumps team to prove abnormalities in court, not the other way around.
