It pertains to him once he is given the trespass warning that he is not to be there anymore because he was being a d bag to the cops. Once the warning was issued, he was no longer authorized to be there.
Why do you keep talking about what law he broke? He didn't. That's why he wasn't arrested. He was told to leave. That's it.
He was told to leave illegally. You cannot trespass someone from a public place if no crime was committed.

Not a legal reason to trespass someone from public. He wasn’t screaming or fighting. He wasn’t resisting. He obeyed their unnecessary commands. He was asserting his right to not ID because he did not commit a crime.
You cannot tell someone to leave on a whim for no reason. There has to be a crime committed or the park has to be closed. If cops had that power, then they can trespass someone who was fishing while wearing a trump hat.
How so? Please post the relevant law. Can you tell someone to leave for any reason? A trump hat? Fishing while gay? Fishing with a pistol? A knife?
