As much as the Sullivan law sucks at least your pistols can be transferred to another licensed individual, not registered AW though. I'm sure most pistol owners did not comply with the licensing/registration requirement when the Sullivan law passed, it's all a moot point when this travesty has survived for over 100 years, so will the unSafe act.
