Better off not dealing with somone who doesn't know the laws. Honeslty being paranoid is a good thing given all the scammers. Not shipping to an FFL is an automatic no go.

It's smells fishy to me and I have have dealt with scammers on more then one occasion.

Checks aren't safe until they clear 100% and if found fraudulent you pay for them hence why even if it wasn't the law i ship FFL- FFL to make sure I have a name to go after on the other side.

Yeah, when I get home from upstate, I will list it again. If I get another nonpaying bidder yet a third time, I will post it at my local range. If that does not work, maybe I am fated to keep it.
