Have fun mortgaging your house to keep it fed.
I have a rich uncleHave fun mortgaging your house to keep it fed.
That is well below his budget. He normally buys F22s and AH64s
This was what I fired:
I fired this a few times. Lots of fun!
Yeah that’s what I want. And to shoot
I'll be in AZ this week and have some evening time to myself. Thinking I might try my first gun with a giggle switch.
It's a stand up range, so I'm not going to do a belt fed. Thinking the krink or MP5. Anyone care to opine?

Oh........that uncle. Well who is to buy me my Hellcat then?!That is well below his budget. He normally buys F22s and AH64s
The thing I liked to shoot best isn't available to civilians I don't think. The Mk19 Machine grenade launcher. Thoop, thoop ,thoop ,thoop, thoop and you've got 5 40mm greandes in the air before the first ones hits, then bang, bang, bang, bang, bang! It must be hellish to come under fire from one.
How would one roll their own 40mm grenade ammo? If I were a rich man I'd sure as hell buy it though! There is 1 — only 1 — transferable MK19 out there. It’s for sale if you want, the ask is $400K. Plus +/- $55 per shot, if you roll your own.
MP5 will be the smoothest and most controllable. Don't discount the UZI though, things a blast to shoot, also quite controllable.
I didn't see an AK74 on there (full size, not the Krink) but if there is one they are super controllable in full auto too. Avoid any 7.62x51 or similar Rifle as they are decidedly unpleasant to shoot full auto at first.
But to be honest if you can only shoot one of those its gotta be a belt fed machinegun. Either the M240 or M249. An open bolt belt fed machine gun is unlike any of the ordinary guns we shoot as civilians. I'd go with the M240 for the maximum sturm and drang. Plus they run smooth as sewing machines. But definitely a belt fed. People think the HK slap is badass? Nothing compared to loading up a belt in the feed tray and slaping that feed cover down.
